Recipe for chicken breast stuffed with asparagus


 

Nigha Set your oven to 400F.
On a fresh chopping board, place the chicken and sprinkle with paprika, salt, pepper, Italian seasoning, garlic powder.
Cut each one lengthwise starting with the pockets' creation. Watch not to cut all the way through

To hold them within, toss a mozzarella slice three sprigs of asparagus and some sun-dried tomato bits. Then roll it. Stuff the chicken breasts with it.
