I learned how to make this meal from my Amish friend.

1. Heat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Prepare the pasta following the directions on the package. Drain and put to the side.

2. In a big frying pan, warm the olive oil on medium heat. Put the diced onion and garlic. Cook until the onion becomes see-through. Put the low-fat ground beef in the frying pan. Cook until it is brown and completely cooked, breaking it into pieces while cooking. Remove any extra grease.

In another bowl, mix together the tomato soup, mushroom soup, and milk. Mix until everything is well mixed together.

Mix the soup with the cooked beef and pasta. Add salt and black pepper. Put the mixture in a greased baking dish. If you want to, put some grated cheese on top. Add paprika and parsley on top if you like.

Cook in the oven that has been preheated for around 30 minutes or until the casserole is hot and bubbly.
