This has an amazing taste! Looking forward to going again!

3. Put the diced apples, apple cider, Dijon mustard, brown sugar, and garlic powder in a medium-sized mixing basin. To taste, add more salt and pepper. To make sure all the ingredients are properly blended, mix well.
4. Cover the kielbasa in the slow cooker with the apple and spice mixture, being care to cover all of the sausage pieces.
5. Place the cover on the slow cooker and simmer for 3–4 hours on low or 1–2 hours on high, or until the kielbasa is well cooked and the flavors are well-combined.
6. After the cooking time is complete, gently mix the kielbasa bits to recoat them with sauce.
7. Just before serving, if wanted, garnish with chopped fresh parsley to provide a pop of color and taste.
8. Savor your Slow Cooker Apple Kielbasa Bites while they're still hot, spooning them onto a platter with toothpicks or serving them with your preferred side dish.

If serving at a gathering, keep them warm since the kielbasa is at its finest when it's juicy and the apple chunks are soft.
