Lean ground beef, 2 pounds
One medium green pepper and one medium onion
one 32-oz tomato juice can
Two cups of elbow macaroni
One 16-ounce can of chopped tomatoes
One-fourth cup of Parmesan cheese
Guidelines:
Cook ground beef until it's well-browned. Dice the green pepper and onion in the meanwhile. Add the macaroni, tomatoes, green pepper, onions, and tomato juice. To taste, add salt and pepper.
Cook for 45 minutes over medium-low heat. Garnish with a little Parmesan cheese.
