Fried rice made with garlic chicken is a tasty variation on a popular meal! Perfect stir-fried tender chicken 🍗; aromatic garlic; fluffy rice 🍚.




Heat some oil over medium-high in a big skillet or wok. Cook minced garlic and chopped chicken until chicken is cooked through and garlicky smells are evident.
Move the chicken to one side of the pan then top the other side with beaten eggs. Cook the eggs through completely.
To the pan, toss mixed veggies; simmer until soft.
To break up any rice clusters, toss cold rice into the pan and stir-fry everything together.
Over the rice mixture, pour soy sauce and sesame oil; keep stirring-frying until everything is uniformly covered.
Taste and adjust for salt and pepper.
If desired, garnish with chopped green onions.
