Cut each chicken breast into three equal pieces to start.
The chicken pieces should be marinated in the fridge for the whole night, so place them in a dish.
Turn the oven on to 375°F, or 190°C.
Mix the mayonnaise (or Greek yogurt), black pepper, garlic powder, seasoning salt, and half of the Parmesan cheese in a small bowl. Blend until well blended.
Place the marinated chicken pieces equally on a baking dish.
Make sure all of the chicken breasts are equally covered by spreading the mayonnaise mixture over them.
Apply the leftover Parmesan cheese on top of the chicken breasts.
Bake for 40 to 45 minutes, or until the chicken is well cooked, in an oven that has been warmed.
When done, take out of the oven and serve your loved ones or visitors who are impatiently expecting this delicious delicacy.
