Beraouises cake

1. Fill the mixer bowl with the sugar, eggs, and oil. Beat until all the ingredients are well blended.
2. To prevent the whipped cream from flying out of the bowl, add the flour to the baking powder mixture, swirl a few times, and then turn off the mixer.
3. Beat in milk and vanilla until well combined. After the batter is well mixed, transfer it to an oven pan, line it with wax paper, and bake for 25 minutes at 180 degrees.
4. Take the cortadillo out of the oven and give it a moment to rest. In a bowl, combine the powdered sugar, 4 tsp water, and a drop of pink food coloring. Stir until a smooth consistency is achieved.
5. Cover the cortadillo with icing, garnish with sprinkles, and cut into the desired form.
